On the 5th, we all got to drive into the Valley (via glorious Tunnel View)

We parked by the Merced River and enjoyed a picnic lunch with a view of river rafting and Yosemite Falls

After lunch, Lotus and Wilmer went exploring. Ponderosa pine bark smells like vanilla!

The rest of us took a splash in the river (Brrr!)
